Our services include but are not limited to:

Preventive Care

Cleaning
To reduce your risk of cavities, visit our office every six months for a professional cleaning. At that visit, we remove plaque and tartar and polish your teeth.

Exam
While you’re at the office having your teeth cleaned, Dr. Nicholson will perform an oral cancer screening and examination.

Digital X-Rays
At your preventive care appointment, we may take digital x-rays to see any problems we cannot visualize during a regular dental exam.

Fluoride Treatment
Topical fluoride is known to prevent tooth decay. We recommend this for children 3-16 years of age and for some adults with a high caries risk..

Cosmetic Dental Treatment

Teeth Whitening
Are your teeth stained or dull looking? Professional teeth whitening can remove stains related to drinking coffee, tea, or wine; smoking; aging; or other reasons. Ask us if teeth whitening is right for you!

Tooth-Colored Fillings
Tooth-colored fillings match your natural teeth. In many cases, rather than using metal restorations, we offer this option.

Invisalign

Invisalign clear aligners are a modern orthodontic treatment that straightens teeth discreetly without braces. The custom removable trays gently shift teeth into alignment for a more confident smile.

General & Restorative Dentistry

Crowns & Bridges
Crowns are natural-looking and functioning artificial teeth. They may be used to cover a dental implant or a tooth that needs more support or structure due to damage or decay.

A bridge is used to fill a gap left by a missing tooth. The bridge keeps the teeth adjacent to the gap from drifting and causing pain, bite problems, and more. Bridges are permanent and are cared for just like your natural teeth.

Root Canal Therapy
When an infection reaches the pulp of the tooth, root canal therapy is necessary to treat the decay and remove the infected tooth pulp. Once the area is clean, the tooth is filled with a material designed to prevent infection. If the remaining tooth structure does not support normal function, a crown, or cap, may be used.

Dental Implants
Implants are permanent tooth replacements that are inserted directly into the jaw. These are considered to be the best method of replacing missing teeth.

Periodontal Therapy
Though your mouth may feel healthy and you may not have any symptoms, periodontal disease can progress without a patient’s knowing. If left untreated, periodontal disease can destroy the supporting bones in your mouth. This is why early treatment and prevention is so important! Dr. Nicholson will make sure you are receiving the highest quality of dental care that will assist in preventing periodontal disease from developing

Why Preventive Dental Care Matters

Regular dental exams and professional cleanings help identify small issues before they become larger, more costly problems. During every visit, our team evaluates your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health while providing preventive recommendations that support long-term dental wellness. Early detection allows many conditions to be treated more conservatively and helps patients maintain healthier smiles for years to come.
